Elena and her "Simply Fantastic Friends" concert
Elena and her "Simply Fantastic Friends" concert at Te Papa - 26 August 7pm is a fundraiser to help get "Elena's Cultural Symphony" to the "China Shanghai International Arts Festival" in November this year. Thank you to all the musicians and Te Papa and staff for their wonderful support for this concert.
Whose going to China? "Te Ihi" cultural group, Members of "Strike" percussion, Elena's "Simply Fantastic" jazz ensemble, Deborah Wai Kapohi -soprano, Zane te Wiremu Jarvis-baritone and Rangimoana Taylor-narrator to present NZ culture at The China's Shanghai International Arts Festival (a first for NZ) - (and performing with a Chinese orchestra) + technical and management support a team of 30.
Please come and help support this great Cultural Symphony with wonderful evening of music, song, dance and fun and inch another step towards China.
