SURVEY REPORT
Ten surveys were received. Three key points emerged:
- Organisations wanted to have access to information on FOMANA Capital Ltd, such as demonstrated success, a portfolio of skills and expertise it had on board. Otherwise there was a good amount of support for the services. A profile of the organisation will need to be developed;
- Many organisations were interested in certain services, depending on their future role within FOMANA Capital Ltd. This is good because it shows there are some available skills out there. The next step would be to create a survey for interested service providers and undertake a skill audit.
- There was a call for a fresh and innovative view that could blow in and give guidance on how an organisation can provide better to grass roots level, which includes meeting community needs, such as better education, health and housing, parallel to increased value. Effective systems that connect community health to resource development will meet the need the demand of their grass roots stakeholder.
Some organisations didn’t understand how a number of questions applied and further clarifications were sought on a matter of things such as ownership and cost of services. The PPT should be tailored to meet specific group understanding of the subject matter. There is equity and risk that can be shared between the FoMA Network for greater development in technology and specialist skill development.
The process for examination and overview report will give tailored responses to each client. It will be necessary to create a file, which understands the biology of the entity itself, which can be summarised in the following diagram.
