The Accounting Standards Review Board has announced this week that NZ organisations will now have to comply with International Financial Reporting Standards from 2007 onwards.
This is a move away from NZ setting their own standards to being assimilated into accepting international globally governed standards.
This turn of events will make it easier for global governance and control.
