Together with NZ Landcare Trust the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment invites you to attend a free Growing for Good workshop in your area, following the release of the Growing for Good Report on their investigations into intensive farming practices, sustainability and our environment.

A series of workshops begins Wed 2 Feb in Blenheim, with others to be held in Christchurch, Southland, Manawatu, Hamilton, Rotorua, and finally Fri 25 Feb in the Hawkes Bay.

Besides discussion on the report workshop themes include:

• Farmings imporatnce to NZ wealth and its impact on our natural capital;
• What drives farmers to produce more and more form the same areas of land;
• Risks, challenges and examples of a better way;
• Redesigning farming for a sustainable future.
