The process is a simple matter of downloading the application forms below, reviewing the FoMA Constitution and returning the completed documents to the

Please include a copy of your most recent Annual Report and Accounts with your application form, alongside your order of legal Constitution.

 

Our Executive Deputy Chair, Paul Morgan will then overview your application and forward it to the FoMA Executive for consideration and approval.

 

Federation Membership is open to:

 

• Maori Authorities – organisations established to manage communally owned assets. In the main these are Trusts and Incorporations governed by Te Ture Whenua Maori /Maori Land Act 1993, and Trust Boards and Runanga under the Maori Trust Board Act .
• Business Interests that have a majority shareholding or are wholly owned by a Maori Authority.
• Treaty settlement entities.
• Entities formed by individual statute.

Membership fees are $888.89 plus GST
